What we can do for you

We can assist clients in establishing a UK or overseas company from its incorporation through to the annual compliance and administration thereof. Our Company Formation service includes a rapid name search and completion of all necessary documentation to facilitate the incorporation process. We are able to provide standard, model, Memorandum and Articles of Association or provide bespoke Memorandum and Articles of Association that can be specifically tailored to meet individual clients’ needs.In addition to the Company Formation, for those clients who would prefer, Fairoak is also able to offer an Administration Service which looks after a company’s statutory filing and other requirements, to ensure compliance at all times. In certain circumstances, Fairoak is also able to provide nominee directors and shareholders, subject to our internal review process being carried out and approved.

Finally, Fairoak is also able to provide additional corporate administration services.
