WARNING – FAIROAK ESCROW PLC

It has come to our attention that Realty Access subscribers may be asked by Club AX Pte Ltd to make payment to a company called FAIROAK ESCROW PLC. FAIROAK ESCROW PLC has no association whatsoever with FAIROAK TRUSTEES LIMITED and we would like to warn all subscribers not to make any payments to FAIROAK ESCROW PLC.

WARNING – CLUB AX SERVICES PTE LIMITED

It has been brought to our attention that the above mentioned company is purporting to have been appointed by FAIROAK TRUSTEES LIMITED and is asking Realty Access subscribers to make payments to them.

We confirm that Fairoak Trustees Limited has not appointed the above mentioned company, does not work with the above company and has no relationship with, or knowledge of, this company.

We would like to warn all subscribers not to make any payments to this company.
